For more than 200 years, our institute has represented the subject of anatomy at the University of Bern, which deals with the structure of the normal human body.
In order to carry out teaching and research in anatomy in line with today's needs, we are urgently dependent on body donations from our fellow citizens.
We primarily train first and second-year medical students and future medical specialists. In the form of lectures and courses, we impart the knowledge required for the respective level of training.
